We cannot say enough wonderful things about Regency! After meeting with many builders, we knew right from our first meeting with Lori that Regency was the right fit.
They listened to exactly what we wanted, and were supportive and responsive along the way! The entire staff is wonderful - they all helped us with every single request and question that we had with our custom build.
We love this company and love our home even more! Would highly recommend Regency!

Amazing builder! Highly recommend.
We wanted to build a custom house. We went with Regency Homes after searching hard in the market for a good custom builder. We have our house completed recently, and are very happy with the builder and their service.
Trustworthiness:
Lori is very professional and transparent. I believe it’s very important that the builder should be trustworthy. She promised that she takes very good care of her customers, she kept her promise. We are really happy how the house turned out.
She provides itemized price, which helps make to a right decision according to our budget
