Walker has been managing our home for over 4 years now. We have consistently been impressed with the quality of property management we receive. They find excellent tenants, are prompt to respond, and always notify us of anything that comes up with the property. Trusting your home to someone is always nerve racking but Walker has made being a landlord a breeze. Would recommend them to anyone looking for property management in the Central Coast

We have rented with Walker & associates for 5 years. Only reason we are leaving is because we are moving out of the city. It’s was perfect timing. The owner that they rented to us for, sold the place. We are glad it worked out this way. The new owners raised the rent by $400, so bye!
Anyway. This company is very professional. When we applied they got us in right away! Clean agreement that made sense. Walker & associates always answered or returned our calls. Walker & Associates have provided me and my wife excellent property management services. They are very good in managing our rental properties. They maintain a good working relationship with us by providing timely monthly reports and address all tenant issues in a timely manner. They are deliberate and decisive in their property management decisions, which means that problems are solved promptly and correctly. Yet they are very patient with us in explaining the details of a tenant issue or property situation and listening to our questions. They screen for high qualified renters for our investment

Terrible service. Don't trust them. They assured us they did a background check on a potential renter, however, they didn't. We dodged a bullet when we discovered the client they sent to look at our property had a terrible renter's history. Instead of standing behind us, Walker and Associates became insulting and demeaning.

I have been in a rental SFR managed by Walker & Associates for 3 years now, and I have been very happy with the service they provide when there are issues. They have a high level of professionalism, combined with warm and personable staff, including the sub-contractors they use for things like plumbing (Matt's Plumbing is the BEST).
Walker & Associates is a name I will look for in future if I ever need move. But I hope to stay in this property for a long time to come...especially because I'm so pleased with the management.

I rented a property from Walker & Associates for 2 1/2 years, from June 2013 through December 2015. My experience with them was fantastic and their handling of me as a client was very caring and professional. In the event I had some sort of maintenance request, someone was sent out right away and the issue taken care of - usually within hours.
At dawn on a Sunday, I had an emergency maintenance issue which resulted in my water service being turned off. I called their office, left a message, and W&A promptly returned my call and offered to put me up in a hotel in the event they weren’t able to
