Tni LeBlanc's family has lived on the central coast for over 25 years. She was born in Santa Barbara and the family came to the Santa Maria Valley in 1986 to open a restaurant in the Town Center Mall. Tni attended local schools and began her college education right here at Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria.
What I admire most about Tni is her level of integrity. She went the extra mile for me to ensure that I was fully informed about the properties I was viewing, the local area, and property values. Mint Properties and Tni LaBlanc are wonderful. My husband and I are about to close escrow on our first home and Tni made it possible. She has such an incredible work ethic, she is smart honest and reliable. We had a strict deadline, small budget and not to mention my husband and I are clueless when it comes to purchasing a home and Tni made us feel at ease in a very stressful foreign situation. Tni is absolutely the best realtor in the area. There simply is no comparison. If you want your home sold, there's no point in going with someone else to get the job done quickly and completely. I originally bought my house through Tni and it was the best experience with a realtor. I was lucky enough to have Tni represent my wife and I when we bought our house in Los Alamos.
