Coming here was a great experience! Walking in I was greeted by Kim; who works at the front desk. She went above and beyond with customer service and she was a pleasure to work with. Steve was my go to person on two different occasions. Two furnaces of mine went out a week apart from each other. He was very knowledgeable and took great care of getting the two fan motors I needed. I can't say this enough- steve is on the ball and a great guy to work with! 5 stars all the way!

Pointon was recommended to me by another Portage heating and cooling business that does not work on boiler systems. As a brand new customer this morning, they had my furnace fixed and running in less than two hours of my call. The staff answering the phone did an excellent job explaining their process too. Shout out to Pointon Heating & Air Conditioning! 🔩 I called them at 8am this morning about my water heater. They showed up at 9am to look at it. It needed to be replaced. I didn’t realize it was as bad off as it was. They put me on emergency notice. Ha. They showed up at Noon. And the job was completed at 1:45!! Same day .. No pain! Holy cow! What service! JP and his helper were top notch! They rocked! Would highly recommend them!

Highly recommended! We had an issue in which our heating and central AC went out at the same time. When we called, there were quite a few other customers ahead of us following a three-day weekend, but they still managed to get Mike, their technician, out to us by lunchtime. He diagnosed the primary issue (a fuse within the system) within two minutes. He didn't stop there because he wanted to identify why it would blow. Going outside, he found that mice had gotten into our AC and had chewed through wiring. Again, he didn't just fix the issue. He was proactive in sealing some holes that had been

Very dissapointed in this company. Bought a new furnace, humidifier and air filtration combo a few years ago. As soon as we needed service on the humidifier portion, we ran into problems with service person not knowing what to do, trying a number of different things without results and billing us over $700 for the work. We've tried talking to someone in charge about the excessive bills, ESP considering that it has not been fixed, and no one will return our calls. Have filed a complaint with the BBB.
