Services
Individual therapy provides an opportunity to observe, explore and change disruptive and maladaptive behavior patterns in a safe and supportive atmosphere. Eating disorders are not only about food, weight and body image. Underlying psychological issues, which impact on eating, exercise, body image, self-esteem and personal relationships are addressed.
Here at F.E.E.D, we pride ourselves on our COLLABORATING with referring treatment facilities, therapists, nutritionists, and physicians. CONNECT group consists of a supportive session, an eating event and post-meal process exercise designed to maintain compliance, connection and community. Rolling admissions.
EDTC provides education and training to medical, mental health and education professionals who wish to further their knowledge of eating disorders. Sondra is a nationally known expert who are available for conferences, workshops and presentations. Topics include identification, prevention, and treatment of eating disorders, collaboration, motivational change, and mindfulness.
