Horrible experience! They were not truthful with us from the beginning. They cashed my deposit within a couple of days but when I kept asking when they were sending the project manager to measure for our 3 doors they kept saying they had not received paperwork from salesman yet. I attempted to cancel and get my money back within the first week and… several times later and they kept telling me they already ordered the doors. 9 weeks later they called to say they were getting ready to order 4 doors. When we corrected them that it was three doors they tried to jack up the price and say it would

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness
We have waited a long time, 4-1/2 months. Owner of company called today stating the industry is having problems delivering doors and windows because of Covid. I will give them an opportunity to make things good and post the results for the world to see!!!!

My home had a broken window they sent out a service technician whom secured my old window until the new one came in. Everyone we came into contact with at this company was pleasant to deal with. They wore masks and gloves. Me and my wife will be replacing the rest of our windows in our home within the next year with this company. They exceeded our expectations we would definitely recommend.
