Alex's sliding doors crew came in and were very honest and know what they are doing. They saw the issue and explained exactly what the problem was and repaired the door saving me thousands of dollars. They also performed a maintenance to the track and sprayed a lubricant to ensure the door slides easily. Before the repair you had to really pull to open the door and now I used 3 fingers with ease.They paid close attention to the locking mechanism on the door and made adjustments for my security. Hands down the best in town.

The two repair techs sent to install new rollers to our lanai slider were just great. They quickly set up their tools in our lanai after lovingly greeting our dog Paisley.
They worked together as a seasoned team, carefully removing both glass doors and proceeding to dismantle the worn rollers with new. They enlighten me on how to care for the new rollers and what not to do.
We shared conversations throughout the job in English, Spanish and Italian, indicating their diversity in communicating at all levels.
