In just two weeks, my new home was finished, inspected, appraised and a closing date time was set. I was kept well-informed daily and they paid close attention to details. I love my new Johnny Coleman home it is everything I wanted and more! I will recommend Johnny Coleman to anyone buying a new home.

Wanted to buy a new constructed home from them called and asked them to let me know when one is available but it turns out all the new homes they are building they are selling to a rental company. I would avoid using them since they are building for big business and not blue collar families. So any home you might get you’re likely going to have to overpay for what you get to compete with criminal companies like progress residential.

Do not use this builder whatever you do. This has been a nightmare since before I closed on my home. Everyone who works for them will tell you that they cut corners wherever they can. They painted my gutters the completely wrong color and refused to fix it. My hardwood floors have split boards and they have refused to fix them! The air units have had multiple problems. I’ve spend hundreds of dollars on co pays to have them fixed. The taping was done wrong! They painted the inside of my house the wrong color and also refused to fix it. They stopped communicating with me and said they have done

First time home buyer! We purchased a brand new home from JCB and it has been the worst experience EVER!! For 6 weeks, I've been emailing with Mike to have things repaired from my warranty and absolutely NOTHING has been repaired. My home was built very poorly! Just to name a few things: painting & caulking is by far the worst job there is from a professional, turf, fixtures and carpet all were poorly installed. The shuttles even fell from the front of our home. We have been in our home 1 year and will sell next year. Please do not purchase a home from these builders.

Cheap quality. House is only 6 years old and we have fixed one water heater, replaced the other, had air and heat units worked on. Air units need to be replaced. Cheap carpet, cheap paint. They installed 2 dryer vents because the first was put in wrong spot which caused leaking (they didn’t bother to remove it or cap it until we complained)
Our fireplace did not have a switch. Our chandelier fell while my child was at the table! I’m sure there is more...
