I'm Keith Allen, and you could say construction is in my blood. My father was in the commercial construction business, so it seemed natural when I decided to go into construction more than 35 years ago. I attended the University of Memphis and earned degrees in construction management and real estate.
Then in 1984, I decided to open Keith Allen Homes, and the rest, as they say, is history. It is so rewarding to build and renovate beautiful homes for people in my community. I serve East Memphis, Fayette County, Germantown, Collierville, Piperton and the surrounding areas. I have had the honor of serving as chairman of the National Home Builders Association Professional Builders Council and am an active member in the Builder 20 group.

We asked Keith Allen to do the impossible: preserve the sentimental value of a forty-year-old, 1,200 square foot farmhouse, while building a modern 4,500 square foot home around it. It was nearly mission impossible. First came detailed planning: three equal master bedrooms, a modern kitchen with 10-foot ceilings, upstairs bedroom lofts for children, all while preserving the original cedar-lined great room.
