To get there, we use a variety of tools to build and communicate all aspects of the design digitally with clients, contractors and vendors. Stellar relationships with vendors and trade professionals are an integral part of achieving a successful project.

Passionate about all aspects of interior design, Kristin Holmes ASID, established her own firm in 1985. After 25 years of private client work in 2010 she expanded by opening a Wailuku based boutique home furniture store.

That's what drives a good design. What do we use for inspiration? The answer to that question as wide and varied as the properties themselves. We recently renovated our 2 bedroom and den penthouse at the Wailea Beach Villas and are very pleased with the results and service that Kristin and her team namely Amanda and their right hand man Scott provided to us. They were able to recommend and implement the correct amount of improvement steps (cost/effort wise) to satisfy our goal to refresh our rental property and yet still maintain the level of luxury we expect. We had already found the new master bedroom furniture we wanted online and went to Swan to order it. It was the start of what I'm sure will be a long relationship.
Amanda was helpful and charming and put together a great presentation adding accessories and lamps. Wanting to see how things came together before accessorizing, we went with just the lamps. Amanda kept in touch regarding the progress of the order and it was all beautiful when it was delivered. The delivery crew was great and it was a nice touch having Kristin (the owner) come with.
The store is out of the way for us (we're in Makena
