We really enjoy working with At Ease Home Care, in Eugene. The staff are very attentive to the needs of our residents. They have an office at our community, and they are available when we need them for routine situations, and even in urgent situations. The staff take their jobs very seriously and do what ever they can to respect the individuality, privacy, and dignity of our residents.
Oregon Home Health Care participated in the Alzheimer's walk in Eugene and hosted a booth with refreshments for the walkers along the trail. We had a great time supporting this cause and those effected by Alzheimer's. Heather and Stacey representing AEHC at the Mike Bellotti Muscular Dystrophy Event!

This company has been “caring for” my grandmother recently. I put that in quotes because they haven’t done much besides sit on her couch and consume the contents of her fridge. The staff sent to her home have been unprofessional, unhygienic, unreliable, and disrespectful to both her and my grandfather.
The company has sent nearly 10 different people- so many that we have to train someone new on a regular basis. For someone with dementia, routine and reliability is valuable.
I’m sure that it’s hard to find great caregivers when you’re only paying them $13/hour, but this company has

We did not have a very good experience with this company with. our 87 yr old veteran. Their care givers receive very little training and feed back they put their care givers a head of their clients leaving you with no help at the last minute and communication is horrible. Staff doesn't communicate well with each other or clients or with their employees. 10 months of hell with this company. Sorry we took so long to tell them where to go. Best thing we ever did what a relief to get Great care from another agency and private care.

DO NOT WORK for this company. No accountability of services. Very poor and insufficient training of caregivers. No guarantee of services actually being done. Granted they have the appearance of a very friendly and knowledgeable business. But the office staff is very incompetent in staffing, scheduling of services etc. Also dishonest. Stay entirely away from this company.

This place has been a blessing to me & my family! I started off as a caregiver and loved the schedulers and they felt very much like family. They helped me figure out the perfect schedule for me and matched me with the perfect clients. I have been a able to be trained in multiple positions here with At Ease and am so blessed to know so many kind co-workers, clients, and caregivers here with out agency.

We decided we needed some help around the house with chores and such. We called these people and were shown a great in-home presentation. That's where this company shines, but their choice to provide the EXPENSIVE assistance is not forth-coming.
We were told one of the managers (possible owners?) would ALWAYS have a phone with them, so if we called they would respond within one (1) hour--NOPE! They explained that they would call us no later than Friday of the week we signed up (and got charged DOUBLE for!), but they didn't.
