Dr. Stuart Robb specializes in orthodontics for children, adolescents, and adults. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with minors in Math, Chemistry and Physics from the University of Arizona in 1989. He continued his education at the University of Illinois Dental School where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dentistry and his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree with honors.

Dr. Robb's assistants have over 40 years of combined experience and participate in continuing education to stay on the cutting-edge of clinical techniques and procedures to assure you that you will receive the finest quality care available anywhere.
The first step is the initial exam. At this appointment you'll meet Dr. Robb and our staff, and have the opportunity to discuss your concerns. We will then gather the necessary personal information and preliminary clinical information required for us to make a recommendation. We will explain the orthodontic process and the many orthodontic options available.
We accept several insurance programs. Please call our office to confirm that your carrier will cover orthodontics and that we accept their coverage. There are many different agreements between insurance carriers and their subscribers, and each contract provides a different benefit.
However, orthodontic insurance generally differs from regular dental insurance in that each insured individual usually has a lifetime maximum benefit for orthodontic services.This benefit is paid as a percentage of the orthodontic fee (diagnostic records, initial fee, monthly payments, etc.) until the benefit maximum has been reached.

My eldest started her orthodontic treatment with Dr Robb last year. We have been very pleased with the service and staff. In my daughter's own words, she said everything was explained to her well from the outset, including what was being done and what each tool does, which made her feel comfortable and brave. They always asked if she was okay. Dr Robb and his staff are always friendly and efficient. Every office visit has been a good experience!

What an incredible experience we had with Robb orthodontics! If we could give his practice 10 stars, we would. My daughter had her braces off yesterday and it brought tears to my eyes. She has always been very self conscious of her crooked front teeth and when her braces came off, they were beautifully straight. I am a dentist downstate. I have had a number of friends and former patients move to the north shore when a certain earth moving company vacated Peoria. I was given Dr Robb's name by a classmate from dental school. Everyone I have sent there was impressed with his manner and professionalism. I have seen his work from those who have returned for cleanings and it is nice to see teeth that touch properly. I always tell patients the value of orthodontics is not just straight, pretty teeth, but having you're teeth line up in proper alignment for the long term. You get that with Dr Robb.

I started going to Dr. Robb two years ago to get braces. Each appointment was quick, easy, and simple. Everyone was always friendly and very helpful. I got my braces off within a year, and was given a whole new smile. Dr. Robb was informative, and super helpful for emergency appointments. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Robb is the best! My three siblings and I have all gone to Robb Orthodontics and had a great experience every time. All of our teeth are perfect and we enjoy every time we go in for checkups. Dr. Robb and his staff take the time to get to know every patient from the second you walk in. It’s also nice that the receptionist, Nancy knows patients by name and just checks you in. Robb Orthodontics is a great practice and I would highly recommend it to anyone on the North Shore.

Dr. Robb and his practice are the best! My 17-year-old son's smile is amazing, and I'm sure we'll see the same result when my 15-year-old daughter gets her braces removed. I've been really stressed about finding an orthodontist for our twins. A close friend of mine referred me to Dr. Robb, and I am just so grateful! Today we had our initial consultation. I have one kid with some pretty major issues (crossbite and wonky teeth growing from everywhere) and another kid that can wait for treatment for now. Dr. Robb's office is super organized and mailed us paperwork to fill out and bring in for the visit. Wouldn't trust our kids orthodontic care to anyone but Dr. Robb. He is knowledgable (valedictorian of his dental class), experienced (board certified) and has a chair side manner second to none. The kids love his sense of humor and adults appreciate his willingness to explain every detail.
