For a creative change of scene or a unique event venue, the restaurant is also available to host private events, with Sarda at the helm! My Indian-British heritage brings a lot of diversity to the table and after living in America for over 30 years, my cooking style has been further tantalized and influenced by the cookery of many cultures, creating traditional dishes with non-traditional ingredients.
Sarda catered a beautiful evening for my wife's 50th party on Carmel beach. She even ordered perfect weather that evening :-. My wife is vegetarian so it was great to be able to work with Sarda on the menu to get it to cater to all the various tastes. And then she took care of all the details including arranging the furniture on the beach, lovely decorations.
