Years ago, before I started Erika's Catering business, I tried out many career paths after graduating with a Culinary Arts degree from the CA Culinary Academy in San Francisco. I became a private chef for local families, I ran a delivery service for my meals, and I even considered packaged deli salsa's.
Garnished with Seasonal Fruit, Cambozola, Sharp Cheddar, Holland Gouda, Brie, and Jarlsberg Cheese. Served with Assorted Crackers. Comes with Fresh Seasonal Vegetables and Olives, with Choice of Dip; Ranch, Roasted Garlic Miso, or Lemon Tihini. Comes with Dolmas, Artichoke and Tomato Salad, Green Lentil Salad, Hummus, Greek Olives and Pita Chips.
