Ned and His Team at Castlewood fencing were amazingly easy to work with from start to finish. Found this company searching the internet one day, the reviews and BBB stars where amazing. Called Ned and he was able to come out the next day to measure. Ned was very personable and knew his fencing. Estimate came in the next day. and decide with this company within a couple of days.

Castlewood Fence did a fabulous job on our new fence. Ned and Kim were very responsive to my emails and questions, and were quick to get us scheduled when we decided to go with their company. The fence was installed in under 2 days and the guys were early and respectful of our property. The contract I signed was clear and concise with no hidden fees. We received several quotes for doing our fence. Castlewood Fence was recommended by several neighbors using the Next Door app. They were quick to follow up and did everything they said that they would on time throughout the whole process. They quoted a date five weeks out. I assumed it would be pushed back due to weather, but they were there right on time on the day they quoted. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to do a split rail fence.

I worked with Ned from Castlewood Fence to install a new fence at our home. Our home was a new construction house and knowing there is a lot to do before and after moving, I wanted a company that I knew would get the job done and I wouldn't have any issues. We also have dogs so getting a fence up right away was important. I interviewed 6 different fence companies and ended up going with Castlewood. Ned did an amazing job. The entire process was seamless, from the quote, to confirming a few weeks before, to the installation. I would recommend Ned and his team to anyone looking for a new fence.

Ned and his crew did a fantastic job. We had a contract up front to know what our costs were. It included an install date range, which they were able to meet. Our backyard fence took two half-days, one for posts and concrete setup and the second for completion. After we were finished, we walked the fence, and he answered any questions I had. All in all, would definitely recommend.

The fence looks great. We had a horrible experience regarding the final bill. My husband explained his viewpoint and the owner used threatening and vulgar language in front of my three year old child. Adults may not see eye to eye on certain matters, but I do not believe that under any circumstance it's ever ok to use such filthy language towards another person, especially when children are present. Unprofessional and scary.
