Had originally made an appointment for Wednesday 5/19 but the guy came Tuesday. Then he calls again to get dimensions and details of what I wanted, told me to send him a message/photo of what I wanted in which I did that same day in the afternoon. There was no reply or call back. Had to reschedule for Thursday 5/20 (today) at the same time and again, no show or call whatsoever. Would not recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional.

I had a privacy fence built using Rhino Fence. I exchanged emails with Juan regarding getting an estimate. Emmanuel came out to take measurements and ask questions about what I was wanting. Emmanuel was very kind, professional, patient, and answered many, many questions. Eventually, Emmanuel and another associate came out and build the fence over a period of three days. I had a cat door put in the gate of the fence, which turned out different than what I was promised, and also had a split picket. Juan came out immediately to repair the issues, and did a great job. BLUF: Fantastic service, fair price, and a great looking fence (residential 6' privacy fence with 6" dog-eared cedar pickets).
After giving up on another fence company that strung me along for weeks and needing a fallen fence replaced quickly, we contacted Rhino Fence Company and two other companies. Rhino showed up for the estimate on time and provided a written estimate that evening. One of the other two provided an estimate a day and a half later and the other not at all.
Rhino's estimate was a little more than the previous fence company but less than the other estimate.
