We recently had some work done on our car by Russ's Collision, They are great guys to deal with, they handle the insurance company and they know cars. The repairs were done as promised and they updated us as they went about the repairs. We would recommend this facility to anyone needing good honest workmanship by guys who know their business.

After my car was deemed a total loss by the insurance company I decided to keep the car and have it fixed. These guys made quick work of it for a reasonable price and completed all necessary paperwork that is needed by the state for re-registering a salvage title car. I passed the state inspection on the first try and the car runs/looks great!

I had the best experience at Russ's they were very professional and courteous. My car was done in no time at all. Other times I have brought my vehicle to other shops it took forever... They were quick and my car looks "Brand New" I will most definitely tell all my friends to go there, I picked up business cards so I can had them out, 1 out of 10 I would give them a 11. Thank You so much for my great experience!!!!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I was in an auto accident and they asked us multiple times to drive t and leave it there while I dealt with insurance. That was no problem because I wanted them to repair it. Then when I got the OK from insurance they REFUSED to give an estimate, stating they would only go through insurance.I said I want to make sure I'm getting a fair deal and they REFUSED. They want to scam every dollar possible from me for MY accident and pad their pockets. I said I would take it elsewhere and they said great, but we wont hand over keys unless you pay $400 for storage fees!!! They are thieves

I've followed these guys for all our auto body work for the past 20 years. I was so excited to learn that they now own their own body shop after all these years, even though now we have to travel 20+ miles :)
