This place has very terrible customer service, very rude. Had them do a tow with my auto insurance co and I was labeled as a tow and the younger lady on the phone kept arguing and insisting they did a battery jump on my vehicle after I clearly stated it would not be drivable even with a jump. Long story short they did not come out after waiting for almost 3 hours. Had to get another company to come out to do the job. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPAY, they are just a waste of time!! NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

The 'Roadside Assistance' from my insurance company told me that Governor's would tow my car yesterday, and they never showed up. I called them and they told me they were still coming, but had no estimate as to when they would be here. I was told today that they had cancelled me and not notified anyone.
This morning my insurance tried to get them to come out in a second attempt. They not only never arrived, but when I called they told me that they were the next town over and would be there soon, and when my insurance company called them an hour later they told them that they were already here

My apartment management began towing cars from my parking lot for plowing this weekend without advance notice. I noticed my car was towed around 10:30am and was provided the number to this towing service to retrieve my car. I probably placed a total of 6-8 calls between 10:30am and 3:30pm and reception refused to verify if my car had been towed by their business and any pick-up procedures. It wasn't until I involved West Hartford Police at 3:30pm that I was told my car's whereabouts and given retrieval instructions by this tow service. Unfortunately had the worst experience with this company the dispatch person was very rude and did not at all listen to my needs or concerns, I was in an unsafe location and needed them to tow my vehicle I waited almost 3 hrs in 14 degree weather when someone came out and they came to jump my car not tow it so after they tried to jump it and it didn't turn on they said they couldn't help me and I would have to go through my insurance and the rude dispatcher again I had to wait another 4hrs before anyone could come out again im just glad my children weren't stuck with me.

Finally showed up after 4.5 hours. Driver was very kind and courteous, thankfully.
But waiting that long with no follow up from dispatch? Unacceptable imo.
I have been waiting since 1:51 pm today for roadside assistance from this company via Geico Roadside assistance. Was told 90 minutes. After that time passed I called and was told driver should be here within 90 minutes. It is now 6:20 pm and no show. Phone was busy for an hour, now answering service. Piss poor performance.

Don’t use this company. I called in a tow and waited for them for 5 hours! I was originally given an ETA of 90 minutes! Don't trust these guys, every time you call they lie and say they’re almost there but will leave you stranded. I ended up having another company come by and take the vehicle.
