I found David online at midnight & my phone was ringing 9 AM the next morning. Since day 1 David & his entire staff was very responsive and professional. After my husband got hurt at work and workers comp failed to get him a doctor's appointment, we retained David. Husband got the medical treatment he needed and compensation. David is the best! I hired David Benenfeld seven months after my work related injury. I had mistakenly assumed that if you play fair with workman’s comp, they would return the courtesy…I was wrong. I had been given every reason to believe that I would recover from my injury, I inadvertently stumbled on to the real nature of my injury and was devastated at the reality… of my condition and how it would adversely affect the rest of my life.
