We don't have a crystal ball to predict the future. So why not be proactive and create the future you deserve? Give yourself the gift of peace of mind by working with me to create an estate plan to help you achieve your goals. As life expectancies increase, more people are interested in creating a management plan for their financial and health care needs while they age as well as an estate plan.
Imagine that you become incapacitated - unable to handle your financial affairs- following an accident, illness or disability. No, of course not if you had planned for the future by signing a Durable Power of Attorney. You choose a trusted, responsible person to make your financial decisions during your incapacity.
Knowing which trust you need should not be left to chance. Nor should administering a trust when the owner becomes incapacitated or dies. I invite you to consult with me about your goals, wealth and family dynamics so that together we can create a plan to meet your needs. I represent family member trustees as well as professional corporate trustees in guiding them through their fiduciary duties and responsibilities.

The right attorney to answer all our questions in plain English!
My parents had written a “Last Will and Testament”, “A Living Will”, “Designation of Health Care Surrogate” set up a “Living Revocable Trust” and appointed my sibling or me to be their “Power of Attorney”. Combined with bank accounts, taxes, and numerous other documents It was a large stack of documents that represented our parent's hard-earned life savings that they created while raising my sister and me. Their documents had been updated a couple of times to keep up with their family's changing circumstances

I am a health care professional that is adept in coordination of care, planning, etc. When it came time to deal with a family members deteriorating condition and to protect assets, I was lost. Stephanie was a beacon of light and knowledge. She protected me and in turn my family member. She treated me with respect and fine tuned my jumbled, grieving, mind. I learned so much and appreciate the legal acumen along with caring. Her office is comfortable and welcoming. Thank you Stephanie and staff.

My first experience with Stephanie Schneider was when my Dad received an inheritance while in a nursing home on medicaid. Her knowledge of Elder law was invaluable. When my Dad passed, again, she and her team were there to help me settle his estate.
Now, again I turn to Ms. Schneider to do my Will and other papers necessary to make things easier for my spouse and children.
Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and her team follows her lead.

Sixteen years ago Stephanie took care of mom's legal needs, and when I reached out only just last month, she readily helped me as well. Her prompt and thorough response was thoughtful which immediately put my mind at ease. Stephanie's resource webinar archives offer a wealth of information that you can take in on your own time and refer back to when needed. Mom chose well when she selected the Law Office of Stephanie L. Schneider, P.A.

I highly recommend Stephanie L Schneider, Elder Care Attorney who handled my husband’s estate after his unexpected death. Stephanie’s experience, understanding and knowledge of the law and the way in which the Broward County legal system works is very impressive. Stephanie has an easy, compassionate, caring and understanding manner which was so important in helping me to deal with my grief and to accomplish all that needed to be done. I felt very protected in her care and had full trust that she was looking out for my best interest. Her staff was also caring and efficient and they all worked

Stephanie Schneider P.A. has been my mother and father's elder law attorney for the last few years. Stephanie has guided my parents, with all of their planning and legal documents, as they moved from a single family home to a Care and Retirement Community. Recently, during the covid pandemic, Stephanie was able to help my family obtain therapeudic leave for my mother, who resides in the care center. After a year of lockdown, I was able to take my mother out of the center and bring her to my home for overnight stays. These visits with mom have meant so much to her and to me and my father. Attorney Schneider is an amazing attorney! I have participated in several of her LIVE webinars where she graciously offers her wealth of knowledge and expertise to participants on very applicable and critical topics. As Director of Business Development for the brand new, SAFE, happy and dedicated Senior Living Community, Allegro-Parkland, I have been able to utilize some of her very well-presented information during the admission process and beyond. She is passionate about her job, possesses great communication skills and in-depth knowledge of the Law, not to mention her creativity to come up with

Our relationship with the Law Office of Stephanie Schneider began twelve years ago. She came highly recommended for knowledge and skills on probate. Stephanie listened to my Mother and I with patience and compassion. She made a very difficult period in our lives easier. This story began in 1995 when my wife was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. Over the following years, we both became members of the S.W. Focal Point Senior Center in Pembroke Pines. For over six years my wife attended weekly chair yoga classes and I joined a care-giver’s support group. Later In retirement, I reached a point where it was becoming more difficult for me to provide the needed care for my wife. I discussed this with our coordinator in the support group and asked for recommendations of someone who could help guide me through the maze of financial and estate planning, long-term
