Very happy to have chosen to live at Campus View. I found management to be incredibly friendly and supportive during the move in process and they have gone above and beyond to answer questions and assist with concerns, no matter how small. It's hard not to want to pop into the office just to say hi. Maintenance responds to work requests promptly and they just make me smile if I'm home when they stop by for repairs. I have found that if someone leaves behind old furniture by the dumpster or there's litter in the lot it is taken care of promptly. Location is also great- across the street from the

Have been living at Campus View Apartments for roughly 7 years now I think? I can't remember how long it's been! I have lived in 3 different units here. Over the past few years, Campus View has changed, but for the better! When I first moved here it was not my 1st pick, but since new management and maintenance has come through, I feel much happier here. So many improvements have happened and management is very communicative and also we have our own app and can submit rent payments online! This is a fairly new feature and I love it. Staff is always courteous, friendly and informative! Can't beat

My family lived here for a few years. Like other reviews have mentioned, don't waste your $ here. There were many instances from our experience where management failed to address safety, health and overall unit concerns in a timely manner. Mold and leaks were big issues that we've encountered and as a result of the management's incompetence, we visited our medical provider quite often. Definitely understaffed and not well kept. The entire complex needs an overhaul because everything is outdated.

Maintenance was very slow. Took over a month to get our hot water heater fixed and had to ask several times. Not enough room for the trash. Over filled every week, with trash all over the ground. Tripping hazard with metal strips along the walkway that we asked to get fixed, they never did. We paid our rent on time, every time. Never late. We kept the apartment very clean and paid to have carpets clean. They were not clean when we moved in. The carpet was old and nasty. We asked if they would replace, they did not. We had the carpet professionally cleaned twice. The second time when we moved out

We recently purchased a fourplex at that apartment community, and it needed significant work to bring it up to standard. Ashley and the rest of the property management team went above and beyond in helping us through the process of renovation as well as lease up. She gave us high quality contractor recommendations; she supported us when contractors needed access to the units for a bid as well as to complete the work; finally, she also did a great job giving us feedback on their work after it was completed. In some cases, she even called out specific times when the contractor would produce below

They don't even deserve one star terrible Apartments when we first moved in the carpet was dirty they only cleaned it with water and instead of that fresh shampoo smell it smelled like a damp basement old outdated appliances the bathroom was moldy and very raggedy looking I wouldn't wish these apartments on an enemy!

Wish I didn't have to put a star doesn't even deserve 1 these are the worst apartments I ever lived in appliances are out dated and cost so much money to run I don't even use heater and electric cost at least $150 a month and when I do it cost over $250 a month cause the radiant heat is in the ceiling what a genius idea cause heat rises! So In Order to heat downstairs i have to crank heat all the way and it's only somewhat heated and the upstairs is like a sauna. The dryer takes 2 hours to dry clothes. To top it off I can't even pay to break lease. I hate it here and can
