Crown Health Care Services, Inc. is a licensed Private Home Care and Personal Care Home/Assisted Living Provider through the state of Georgia's Office of Regulatory Services, Department of Human Resources. Our records and practices are reviewed annually by the state. Let us provide you and your loved ones with the care and compassion they need and deserve.
Apply today and be considered to join our home health care team at Crown Health Care Services, Inc. All items must be received by office before being scheduled for an interview. Documents can be faxed, scanned/emailed, or brought in-person to be photo copied. Once you have turned in all documents to the office, call the office to be scheduled for an interview.
To promote active participation and independence outside the convenience of your private homes, CAI can assist you in maintaining and fostering your socialization skills as well as your ability to adapt to social situations. They also promote self-help to better encourage your growth. Through a series of activities and interventions, CRA provides training and services that are able to meet the demands of participants.

All caregivers have completed a comprehensive preemployment screening including criminal background checks as required by law, personal reference checks as well as a thorough interview process.
