My 101 year old father was released directly to me from the hospital per my request because he had fallen multiple times at the assisted living facility where he had been and had been taken to the emergency room twice and the last time he fell at the facility he was found after he had fallen to be unresponsive until the medics arrived to revive him.

I came across Astin Home Care while in search for home care assistance for my in-laws. My experience, thus far, has been nothing short of exceptional! I spoke with Ms. Moore and her knowledge and professionalism superseded my expectations! Ms. Moore has displayed that my families needs and wants are always a top priority. One of my main concerns, when seeking care, was outside exposure to COVID-19. Ms. Moore eliminated that burden by introducing me to Structured Family Care. I was in search of services for my dad and somehow I stumbled on Astin Home Care. It’s been a long rode trying to find a Home Care that appears to care. The moment I heard hello from Ms. Moore I knew my dad would be in great hands. She was very knowledgeable also she took time and explained everything to me and how it would work also asked if I had questions about what she had explained,I never felt rushed while speaking to her. Astin Home Care is absolutely phenomenal! Michele and the staff are very genuine, extremely friendly & knowledgeable. They made us feel like family & constantly checked up on my grandfather to make sure he had everything he needed. I would definitely recommend this Home care agency!
