Shervin Lalezary is a tenacious attorney who is known for leaving no stone unturned. Mr. Lalezary has spent virtually his entire life in the Los Angeles area - receiving his Bachelors of Arts in Business-Economics from UCLA alongside a double minor in Spanish Linguistics and Jewish Studies. Mr. Lalezary then went on to USC for his law school education.
Albert P. DiRocco, Jr. is a seasoned litigator with over 30 years experience litigating personal injury matters. He has over 45 jury trial verdicts including cases involving catastrophic injuries, brain damage and punitive damages. Mr. DiRocco received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Political Science from the University of California at Davis in 1980.

The younger of the two brothers, Shawn, is completely rude and arrogant… that is if you get to actually speaks to him. It’s always the assistants or paralegals or case managers you speak to. My case manager has seemingly disappeared; i was told she was on leave, which i understand especially with the pandemic but i fell as if she didn’t leave my case info with anyone there. also please be wary of their percentage charge as it changes through the case. bad service. bad “attorneys”

Please do not trust the 4.5 star rating or the 5 star reviews written here, I am sure they were written by someone from this firm, they are dishonest! I was hit from behind while at a red light, waiting to turn right. Injured but did not know how bad it was initially. Once I finally got in front of a good doctor and was told I needed surgery this firm stopped calling me back and when they finally did he suggested I get a second opinion because most spine surgeries are not successful! I had to have C5 & 6 fused and a small plate put in the back of my spine! He then said he would not spend the time

Not reliable ,Doesn't check in. You literally have to chase them down to get any updates on your case and even then you'll get the run around . And will intentionally drag your case out so they can receive 60% and up . WOULD NOT REFER THEM TO ANYONE . They do not have their clients best interests in mind .

Pick any law firm besides this one, I assure you there are plenty of other options in this field. Lalezary law firm is extremely crooked. You never talk to an actual attorney, just “assistants” that answer your questions with “I’m not sure but I’ll get the lawyer to email you the response to that question” and you’ll never hear back.
They’ll run your medical bill as high as humanely possible because the bigger that bill gets, the bigger their check will be. I’m talking about calling you an ambulance when it was unnecessary, signing you up for chiropractic therapy, physical therapy

Lalezary Law Firm took care of me and very satisfied with the results! My case was a little complicated and they handled everything for me!! I love how you get a case manager and can call them for anything. The law firm made it so much easier and one less thing to stress about! I would totally recommend them! Lalezary provided excellent customer service from the beginning of my claim. Every time I had a question, they responded within 24 hours. The paperwork was extremely detailed and easy to understand. Had an accident back about a little over a year ago. Having contacted a few attorneys with only wells and maybe it seemed as if they only where interested in what was in it for them and not my well-being. The Lalezary firm was different right off the bat they had me in contact with the attorney who never ask about how much coverage they might recover rather they put me at center making sure I was getting the help I needed first. Never been in a situation where I needed to hire an attorney but let me tell you what. It was a great decision that I had obtain one plus with the staff not only meeting

Don’t go with this firm, they charge 35 % than goes up to 40% than 45% so they take over a year to done with your case so they end up charging you a lot, at the end I still own over 50 thousand dollars on medical bills the person who hit my car only cover me 10 thousand and they only give me 3 thousand dollars they keep 4 thousand and they only pay 1 thousands towards my bill, I do a better job in the past negotiating directly with the insurance, do it yourself or do not hire this firm .
