At Tadlock & Associates we use a lot of flat fee structures to provide high quality service at a reasonable price. For most people, it doesn't matter if your lawyer works in a large or a small firm. If you want AAA office space and big conference rooms, we know lots of lawyers in traditional law firms that would be happy to charge you for the privilege.

We prefer to keep our overhead low so that we can focus on your interests, not billable hours. In most matters, we can work based on regular hourly billing, quoted billing caps, or fixed legal fees. We will work to find a pricing model that works for you. Life is busy and we don't expect you to drop everything to visit our offices in the middle of your day.
Services
Starting a company is lonely, and business owners have to make difficult decisions everyday. Our firm advises for-profit and not-for-profit companies, small business startups, small businesses and entrepreneurs. Great contracts protects you the individual, protects your business, keeps your staff employed, your door open for business, and your assets safe.
As experienced Texas real estate lawyers, we treat each matter like the unique situation it is. Are you a landlord who needs a proper lease drafted or negotiated? Are you a tenant who's having trouble with your landlord or want to make sure you're not getting a raw deal? Tadlock & Associates understands the situation both landlords and tenants are in.
For instance, choosing the right legal entity; protecting intellectual property; securing investment capital; creating and negotiating agreements with employees, vendors and customers; and simple counseling on day-to-day business related legal issues that arise in startup companies. Preparation of Organizational Board Consent regarding organization and corporate governance matters.
We help you make smart, practical decisions and help properly tie up any loose ends to protect you from future conflicts. While some firms offer surprisingly low flat fees for probate and estate administration services, the fact is, these firms often provide the bare minimum of representation. Perhaps they show up in court and handle a few things, but then they leave you with a range of administrative tasks and other issues to handle on your own.
To protect Texas assets, you should always seek the advice of an estate planning lawyer in Texas who can give you individual advice for your particular assets and confirm the status of the specific Texas laws as they apply to your situation. There are a number of factors that determine how your assets are distributed.
