Bob Mongiello of Mongiello's Catering makes one of the best pizzas that I have ever had. We hired him to make pizzas with various toppings for an Italian themed birthday party recently and his custom pizzas are divine. He has mastered his crust and sauce and the guests went wild. He also provided a delicious Caesar Salad which was the perfect balance with the pizzas.

In the early part of 1950 when I was a very young boy I remember the trips to the Italian market every Sunday with my father. The aroma of all the fresh baked Italian bread and deli meats filled the car as we drove home. When we arrived home the day would unfold to an Italian feast with friends and family.
We provide freshly baked gourmet pizza right at your event along with fresh cut romaine lettuce, cabbage, and carrot mixed salad with a choice of Italian and Ranch dressings in a buffet-style setting. All Mongiello's delicious pizzas start with Mongiello's famous home-made pizza crust and home-made pizza sauce topped with genuine mozzarella cheese.
