We got a frameless shower glass enclosure through them in late 2018. Since Day 1 the glass shows water salt streaks and we have to continually rub hard with CLR or other stuff to get it off.
The team told us they had installed Diamond-Fusion which would protect it - but it never lasted long and their advise was to squeege everyday.
Our builder provided framed glass enclosure which cost a fraction of this - never had this problem and we rarely (like once in 4-6 months) had to scrub it deeply. Water used to slide off easily in the cheaper unit which we had for 13 years !!
The installation is beautiful

Shower Doors Today is awesome. I originally purchased doors at Home Depot. When the SDT techs came onsite, they discussed options with me and recommended a different set of doors. Despite the additional expense, the new doors from SDT were WAY cooler. The installers are super professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I wanted to have shower doors installed in my 2 condo bathrooms, when I contacted this business they contacted me and had someone out for a quote a day or two later. He measured and gave me all the options (there were a lot!) and two weeks later the crew was out and did the install...I love the doors they installed! They were fast and did an amazing job, were very courteous and told me what was going on and how to take care of the enclosures going forward. I love the look and they seem very solid and quality. I love taking showers now! I would definitely recommend them for your home needs.

The ad that they sent out in the home improvement magazine says that they'll beat any competitor's price on a shower glass door. The lady over the phone told me to send the quote document from a competitor, which I did. She hasn't responded for weeks.
Three conclusions: 1. A lack of customer service and professionalism to at least let respond and let me know they aren't going to be able to beat the quote, 2. They're overpriced, and 3. They don't stick to their word according to what they said in their ad.

We had a frameless shower enclosure and new framed mirrors installed this week and we couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. Lee, Jessica, and the installation guys were always friendly and promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had. They also came in slightly lower than the competition.

I would purchase from Shower Doors of Austin again. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about their products. The installation was completed on time and as promised. The sales representative offered me the upgrade to the Guardian Glass Protection, but I did not feel pressured in any way. He gave me all the price options and left it up to me to make the decision. He did recommend the upgrades, but I feel at complete ease with his approach. I feel really GREAT about my purchase and would highly recommend Shower Doors of Austin in the future. The new shower door is really amazing.

The guy who came out to quote was really nice! The price was fair and they were easy to schedule with. I do recommend spending the extra money on the clear versus slightly green tinted glass. They say you won't notice...but you absolutely will.
The install wasn't perfect but was acceptable. I think they could have done a better job. The plastic edging at the bottom and the sides has already broken/fallen off and ours was cut a bit weird. I have used other companies and I would still use this company again. In their defense I haven't contacted them to fix these issues.

So if I'm upfront and honest, I can't say I would have given Shower Doors of Austin (SDoA) a five star review mid-way through the process. We ran into some snags with the install of our semi-frameless master bath shower that caused some major frustration on our part that resulted in us having to reschedule the install for two weeks later. However. SDoA did go above and beyond to make it right. They sent Andrew (their head sales guy) out to look at the issues and present a solution. I felt like Andrew really knew his job and was willing to do whatever he needed to do to help remedy the

The glass shower enclosure was the finishing touch on a bathroom update that took several months to finish. We were worried that it would be like putting on a pair of ugly glasses after spending hours getting ready to go out, so I actually dropped by the Shower Doors of Austin showroom to take a look at samples before making an appointment for an estimate.

Having lived in the same home for 50 years, I'm slowly improving things inside and out. I'd been using a shower stall with a curtain all these years, and decided to replace the curtain with a door. BUT, the old stall measured smaller than today's modern shower stalls, and no "off the shelf" doors would work. I hired Shower Doors of Austin to replace the shower surround in my Master Bathroom. All of their employees were a pleasure to deal with, even when we had a slight snafu with the measurements and the towel bar ended up in the wrong place. However, they honored our contract and replaced that side of the surround at no cost to me. It's hard not to love that kind of professionalism!

When we saw a SDoA person in our neighborhood it reminded us to get a price quote. B.J. came out and spent an hour measuring and answering questions. Prices for this service/product are competitive and this was reasonable.
We were especially concerned about how well the new installation would conceal the original residual adhesives, holes, and wear. We had no reason to worry. The new ALL GLASS, frameless shower installation resulted in a like-new shower
