My daughters and I had to go to this office because of our insurance. The doctors were not friendly at all and did not even bother to introduce themselves. The office charges for some exam that the insurance does not cover and when I tried to decline the extra exam the office staff said I cannot decline it and it is an extra $39 charge. I ended up paying $90 just for the exams, with using my insurance. The staff also told me that I cannot go back and order my contacts from them because I requested they "release" my prescription to me. This is so crazy. My other eye doctor never gave me
