I have been going there for over 10 years and really like Dr. Julie. I'm not so sure how I feel about the office in general now that I went by to get a few daily contacts to last me until my order comes in because I am completely out; and they would NOT give me any. None. Would not even hear me out on why I am in this position which has to do with trying different samples the doctor wanted me to try out. I was very disappointed.

I was seen by Dr. Kelly and she did not meet my standards.Misleading in her answers as I would not understand something she would be condescending. Also saw she was in a rush when I returned for my follow-up and she seemed annoyed that I had actually come back a week later. She could not remember a lot of the information I gave her at my initial visit, and I find this redundancy on my end (when providing the info again) to be inconvenient. I would recommend taking notes to help minimize confusion and rushing. I prefer Dr. Julie but after these visits with Dr. Kelly I prefer to go elsewhere. Hope

I've always steered clear of the eye places inside stores, they just seemed cheap and not a good bet. But I'm crazy satisfied with Dr. Nguyen and Walmart vision center. The doctor and her staff were very nice and professional. And the vision center honestly has great products for great prices, with great warranties. I won't go anywhere else from here on out.

I really appreciate Dr. Nguyen. I've seen her for a problem with my eye, as well as for moving from regular contacts to multi-focal contacts, and she is thorough about answering questions and explaining everything to the patient. She is kind and friendly, as are the rest of the staff. I highly recommend both Dr. Nguyen and the Walmart Vision Center at the Lake Jackson location.
