Services
We are looking for folks who can share their time and talents as a volunteer at the Baby Haven. To volunteer at the Baby Haven, consistency for the babies and children is an important way for them to feel stable and loved. Able to pass a background and fingerprint check (cost to be paid by volunteer-approximately $35).
The safety and care of your child is our top priority! Our dual secured entry access system and closed-circuit cameras monitor all traffic in and out of center. Outdoor play areas are fully fenced and we conduct regular safety drills. Our toddler and preschool rooms each have child-sized sinks so little hands can be washed frequently and child-sized toilets perfect for potty training.
The Baby Haven is a licensed and a Level 5 Colorado Shines rated childcare center. Baby Haven is in the top 2% for quality of all childcare providers in the State of Colorado. Additionally, we partner with Early Learning Ventures/ Early Head Start, the Colorado Preschool Program, the Denver Preschool Program and the Denver Early Childhood Council.
To provide quality early child care, education and enrichment for all children and families served. To provide children with positive interaction and opportunities to establish healthy relationships with peers and adults. To involve children and parents in a continuous program that encourages development and improvement.
The Baby Haven believes that high quality care and early education produces lifelong benefits for children and families. We have chosen Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers based in its developmentally appropriate approach to learning. The philosophy behind Creative Curriculum is that young children learn best by doing.
