I have lived in the Sears building for almost 10 years and have had a great professional experience with the property management. They always have clear communication and respond with maintenance needs immediately. I enjoy living uptown and also the professionalism of our property management. It allows us to really have our loft be our home.

Mining City Management is more like living under a dictatorship, once you sign on the dotted line. The security deposit for a tiny 2 bedroom is $800 and by no means, don't expect to get a penny of that back if you move in there with 2 small children on a 24 month lease, You can scrub and clean that apartment for an entire month and its not good enough for this management because they kept the entire $800 security deposit and added on $1, 371.46 amount due to them, to entirely remodel this apartment after the renter leaves. The total amount before the security deposit is $2,171.46. That's right

I was forced to move out of state for employment. I had six months left on my lease. Management informed me that I was not allowed to advertise the apartment to have someone take over my lease. I sent several people to speak with management about taking over my lease. Management showed those people other apartments and not mine. After paying 4 months of rent after I had vacated the apartment, I finally advertised and amazingly someone was interested in my apartment. I payed 5 months rent after I had vacated the apartment. When my sizable security deposit was to be returned to me there were charges

Theresa is fabulous to work with! Her sunny disposition mixed with a professional take on rentals/leasing was super refreshing! We had the most easy transition into our new home thanks to her!
