We came in ready to buy a boat on spot and ALL the employees were huddled in a circle talking and laughing. No one said “welcome”, no one said “please wait a few minutes”. We were just looked at and IGNORED. We walked outside to look at the boats ourselves and went back into the store. STILL no one came up to us and we were IGNORED. Don’t buy your boat here. Rude employees go based on looks to sell you something.

Came in with a couple friends looking to purchase our first boat. Alejandro was very friendly and answered any and every question we had while giving us tips and recommendations for our use case. I bought a used 37 Axopar from this dealership and a Broker Named Alejandro . Because i lived a distance away i largely had to go by their word. when i finally arrived to take delivery i was beyond happy with the condition and cleanliness of the vessel. Alejandro and the team had everything ready for us to drive away from the dock and even included some fuel, ropes etc so we literally had no hassle. Just turn the key and enjoy! Gio the tech knows these boats inside out and was very helpful and patient getting us oriented. When it was time to have it picked up and exported ,they had it all wrapped

I recently bought a highfield CL310 dinghy to go in my garage of 500s prestige. Sarah Andrews was my sales associate she was awesome. Everyone at nautical ventures did a great job Sarah was able schedule techs to come out to my boat and do measurements of the garage to verify the tender would fit this was greatly appreciate and since i was in a time crunch i really appreciated her awareness and always being on top of everything with communication and anything i needed was quick phone call away. Great experience

100% recommend Nautical Ventures to anyone looking for anything boating/kayak related. Not only do they have amazing products but the staff there is EXTREMELY nice and helpful.
A huge thank you to Matt for helping me assemble and put the roof rack I purchased there on my car. I have never strapped a kayak to my roof before or have drove with one on top, but he was very helpful in explaining the best way to strap a kayak. 10/10 will definitely be back!!!!!

Brought our boat to Nautical Ventures marina for service after a very poor experience at a different marina. Adriana and Jeff were extremely helpful during a very stressful time as we were facing major repairs. Tony was our service manager. He was exceptional. He kept us informed with excellent communication and guidance every step of the way. Work was accomplished in a timely manner. No excuses and no monkey business with the invoice. Just great work and personal attention from their outstanding staff at a fair price. Nautical Ventures is now our go-to place for service.
