Recently found Deep Blue Marine online as I was looking for accessories for my boat. On my last order I completely messed up the shipping address and had to call customer service for assistance. Every time I call, they answer the phone and I speak to the same person who knows my name and exactly why I'm calling. I can say without a doubt that this is the best customer service that I've received in a long time. They've bent over backwards and have gone way above and beyond to make sure I have what I need on time. I can't say enough about this company and they have a new customer for life.

I purchased speargun racks from Deep Blue Marine and not a single speargun either me or my friends owned fit into the racks. I contacted customer service and waited over 5 months for replacement racks - which never came. I was eventually refunded less than what I actually paid for the racks and also paid for shipping to return the racks that didn't work. This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had purchasing anything from anyone or anywhere. The customer service at Deep Blue Marine is non-existent. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Incredible Company, Customer Service and Products. We ordered a 72" filet table from them and the quality and craftsmanship of the product is by far superior than others on the market. The customer service team is always there to assist any anyway. Definitely recommend them for all of your boat and fishing needs!

Awesome company! Awesome staff! Awesome products! I can not say enough good things about Deep Blue Marine Products. My husband is a professional fisherman and we have used their products on multiple boats. They made us a custom mounting plate for a trolling motor to be put on a restored silver king and it worked perfectly and fit like a glove. They have high quality products at great prices and I'd recommend them to anyone who uses marine products.
