Very welcoming, clean environment. Judgement free zone! Hands on training that you cannot usually get at a typical gym. Specialized training sessions based on your goals!

Great experience! Great coach! My first day I was pushed and felt a lot of encouragement definitely will continue to go. I felt very empowered and now want to take boxing further then exercise!

The class was great! I have wanted to sign up for a kickboxing class for a while but always just kinda would drift away from the idea when it came to signing up, I’m so glad I tried this one! King James seems like a really great instructor and I cant wait to return back!:)

King is a great motivating coach that really wants to see his clients succeed and surpass their goals. His box-n-burn classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings are amazing workouts that leave you feeling stronger and more agile! Don’t pass up a chance to get a great workout with King!

I started boxing with King James for maybe a month now and I've already seen improvement. Even if you're not interested in boxing its a good workout for loosing weight and building muscle.

King James Boxing (run by the gym's namesake, a Former Middleweight Champion) is a great place to train, workout and spar. The Box N Burn class is fun, hands-on (and gloves-on!), and a great, invigorating and demanding workout. Don't let King's mellow demeanor fool you; he is dedicated to the sport of boxing and, at every class I've been to, gives each student one on one time for sparring and pointers. Highly recommend this gym.

This man is amazing at what he does. His attention to detail and technique shows how much he's passionate about his craft. His energy is infectious and he's very understanding. It was my first time trying a boxing class and he understood how to communicate with me to get the best results. From giving a mean fade to cutting one, he can do it all!

I've been studying kickboxing for about seven years. It started off as a simple way to get stress relief, but then turned into a full-out obsession, where I began sparring, running drills, etc. Then, I took a year off and moved to Vermont, looking for a gym that offered something as intense and consistent as my gym in New Jersey.
