Last year, we decided to go with AT&T fiber internet because they told us that a dedicated fiber line comes with 100% uptime guaranteed - which we definitely needed. We are a co-working space that our members count on for high speed internet. When I reached out to AT&T yesterday when our internet went down, they gave me the same answer they would've given me if I was paying for a $50 a month internet service - "There are outages in your area. We're working on it". That is absolutely not what I paid for. Unlike AT&T, I don't feel comfortable telling our paying members that "they're working on it

As a small business and a contractor, I don’t have time for nonsense. I need things to work when they’re supposed to and systems in place to help me manage it all. But most importantly when something goes wrong, I need a solution immediately. Customers don’t like it when they can’t reach me, as well they don’t like it when they call In and it takes an hour to figure out who they are.
