I was charged for a full exam of my dog when I asked about her paws looking a little irritated. They took my dog in the back to give her vaccinations and were gone for 2 minutes. How do you give vaccines and do a full exam in 2 minutes? The vet literally popped her head in the room and told me to wipe her paws when she comes in from being outside. $50 for the so called exam they did. I would not recommend this vet to anyone!

After reading other reviews, I see I am not alone in the treatment I received today.Today was the second time I have tried to have my cats seen. I have to walk there, so I carry 2 cats plus I have a boot on my leg which makes it difficult and painful. The first time I arrived I was in the office and told I could take my mask off. The woman told I had no appointment. I argued but was basically called a liar. It didn't do any good anyway, so I rescheduled for today. Once again I walked with my cats and boot on my leg. I also have a trach which makes distance a real chore. Upon entering the office

Customer service use to be great but is no longer the same. I also think we should be allowed in with our animal. We have never had problems getting Kokomo's medication in the past but now with this new staff they are rude and say we can come get it and then we come and it is now ready and then we are told it could take 24 hours if approved. We drops may not seem like a lot to the front people but to us it is. Kokomo had infects that could not be treated and he is on these drops so infect will not come back he is on it for life. So it is not a one time medicne. He has taken it since we got him
