Vacationing from Massachusetts with our Australian Shepherd who has cardiac valve disease. Some of his new medications were creating problems. Dr. Ebert and his staff we're gracious enough to see us without an appointment and help us address our animals reaction to medication. It's hard to be so far away from regular services, but his staff give us a lot of comfort and clear guidance and sent an efficient report quickly to our veterinarians.Thank you,!!

First of all claimed my sweet beagle was lunging at them when they were choking him and all he did was try to get away. Never looked at him after sitting for an hour and a half in their parking lot then charged $42 for the visit. Told me to reschedule for another day. After paying office staff ignored me and went on talking about other patients. Guess i really wasnt allowed to reschedule anyways. While in the exam room they bad mouthed me and my dog in the back as if they couldn’t w heard. Would never recommend this vet if you care about your animal!!
