When circumstances require 24 hour care, that's when our team of experts can make an overwhelming difference. Together, with your physician, we will develop an individualized care plan to meet your specific needs. Crescent Health Care offers the opportunity for long-term nursing care or short-term rehabilitation.
Crescent Health Care accepts Medicare, private payment, long-term care insurance as well as other insurances, and Medicaid. Information may be obtained through our Admissions office. Crescent offers various levels of skilled nursing and rehabilitative care. There are registered nurses and licensed practical nurses as well as other nursing personnel on duty 24 hours a day to provide you with your nursing needs.
A variety of accommodations are available to provide maximum comfort, convenience and privacy. To create familiar, more home-like surroundings we encourage residents to bring in mementos from home. Our private and two bed suites are designed so that a favorite chair or dresser may be brought in as well.
Crescent Health Care is licensed by the State of Washington. In order for us to participate in the federal Medicare and Medicaid programs we must be certified. This requires us to comply with the State's rigid standards enforced by regular facility inspections and extensive evaluations. Crescent Health Care's Registered Dietician and Dietary Manager take great care in making sure our residents are provided with consistently nutritious & well-balanced meals. Residents needing assistance at meals are given individualized attention while residents that are unable to come to the dining room are served in their rooms.
