Services
We take most PPO insurances, HMOs through Regal/Lakeside Medical group, Medicare, MediCal, and workers' compensation cases. We recommend that you wear athletic wear and closed-toed shoes to your appointment.
We do ask that you wear something loose so we can easily access the body part being treated (i.e., wear shorts or pants that can roll three inches past the knee for knee patients and wear a wide neck shirt or tank top for neck/shoulder patients).You do not need a doctor's prescription prior to start physical therapy in the state of California.

Could not be happier with the service at BioMotion Physical Therapy. Dave Faciana has been treating members of my family and extended family for over 20 years. Most recently with my oldest son who is a multi-sport athlete. Thankful for Dave's knowledge and expertise. Great support staff in the office as well. Strongly recommended.
