My sister and I went to get our nails done here. We were taken care of as soon as we walked in. The staff was very friendly. However, my nails took much longer than my sisters. She started after me and had nail art done while I only wanted white nails. I requested coffin and got square. Also, he was filing my nails for a very long time. He spent so much time on one nail that he pierced my skin. When I pulled away from instinct, all he said was “oh,” and then proceeded to take nail glue and glue my skin back together. Made 2 full set acrylic appointments for me and a friend at 4:00pm. We got there at 4:03pm and didn't leave until almost 7:30pm! My nails are EXTREMELY thin and are starting to pop off already, When they usually last 3 weeks. My gel polish wasn't fully set and was peeling off as well! Very thin, rushed, uneven, and horrible nails! Barley had them for a week and one on each hand already broke!! Usually my nails last me 3 weeks!! DO NOT COME HERE!!

Best dip manicure I have ever had (and I have been getting my nails done with dip every few weeks for years)! I came in at the end of the day straight from work and could tell they were likely hoping to leave at 7pm. Even still, they let me get my nails done as a walk in, took their time, and did an amazing job. One nail broke and they even were able to repair it to look exactly like the others. I can't say enough thanks.

First time getting my nails done here and I'm super impressed. I got a gel pedicure which was perfectly executed with care and the exfoliation on the bottom of my feet was actually done properly- a first for me in boulder. I also got a manicure as well and was impressed they actually dig in and get all the cuticles properly, which hardly ever happens in the other salons I've visited in this town.
Highly recommend for those used to proper big city manicures and pedicures, this place does it right. FINALLY!

Awful. They didn't honor our reservations to do nails and toes at the same time. The place was dirty and shabby. One of the technicians was extremely rude to me when they put a bottle of acetone on this weird plastic tray on my body that was wobbly and dirty, tumbled to the ground bleaching my clothes. When I was visually displeased the tech said rudely "you did that!" It was such an amateur experience. Time after time people came in stating they had appts, none of which were honored on time. I did end up receiving a decent pedicure but my friends was awful. I waited over an hour

Best manicure I’ve ever had!! Ann was so amazing and detail-oriented. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she did it even better than what I expected. The staff was super friendly and I got seated the moment I arrived for my appointment. I’ll definitely be returning!! Would give 10 stars if I could :)

Everyone who works here is so kind and gracious and are so time efficient! But I have to praise Ann in particular. She is so kind and always aims for perfection for herself so she always takes her time to make sure my manicures are perfect!!!! I bring in pictures of what I want and she always goes beyond my expectations! I've been there a handful of times and I definitely will be going back!
