I was feeling tired of the holidays and stopped by Luxury Nails for a small pamper session this afternoon. I did not have an appointment. I just wanted a natural manicure. The receptionist directed me to the polishes to pick out a color. While deciding, the technician came looking for me. Great, except I see her pick up her tools from the top of the magazine stand where she had been working on someone at a pedicure station. The tools were not sanitized, yuk. I continued on. The technician worked as fast as possible, hurting my hands while applying moisturizer. I started to tell her but no worries

Bella made my nail dreams come true! She was incredibly detail oriented and artistic with her craft. Everyone in the establishment were kind, welcoming and funny! I had such an amazing experience! Definitely will be back!

I always go to Luxury nails… they always do a beautiful job! My daughter and I went together to spend a little quality time while indulging in some seriously needed self care. As always they did a fabulous job! I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. I also got to use my birthday discount this time and saved 10% off of the total bill!

Awful. I knew it the 1st time but gave them another shot. I made an appointment in advance and literally sat and waited for 30 minutes before I said enough is enough. Don’t overbook yourself. Don’t pretend like you didn’t know you would be so busy while accepting appointments. And the worst thing, we currently have this little thing called Covid and a law which requires vaccinated and unvaccinated people to wear a mask inside, yet the guy running this decided that he is too cool? Gross. Hate this place. Go to lucky nails in Louisville. So much better and kinder and people that care about

My daughter and I did a mani pedi each. The regular pedi says 25-30 mins...ours was done in 15 min! My manicure was quickly done at the pedicure chair. Worst experience ever!! The second coat doesn't go to cuticles. My daughter had a similar experience with her nail tech. Was a loyal customer...probably won't go back!

If you are someone who doesn't get nail services done often, this is probably not the place for you. I came in and got bare minimum services without any suggestions or consideration of what would be best for my nails. I walked in expecting to pay $10 but got charged $5 because the girl chose not to give me the full service. Because I'm new to gel manicures, I am unfamiliar with the process of removing them. As a result, I just accepted when the girl said I was done even though my nails looked like they needed a clear coat. I would've happily paid the extra $5 for the full service rather than walking
