I am so disappointed in this firm. I originally contacted them many months ago after a cosmetic surgery, that left me in incredible pain.
After several phone calls, I never actually got to speak to an attorney. And the aid that I was working with, didn’t follow through at the correct phone number that I had given.
After putting weeks into this, and… getting nowhere, I wrote a negative review on their page.
The next day I got a phone call from Paul Hernandez, one of the partners. We ended up speaking for almost an hour. It really turned my opinion around. He was very nice, empathetic

My experience wasn't positive. I feel the lack of communication was the biggest fault. I never spoke to my attorney, nor did I know who was even representing me. I'd get form letters in the mail stating things like..."as we discussed on the phone..." There were no phone calls with an attorney until the very end during the negotiations. My car accident wasn't a big moneymaker but I would have expected better communication. I was told they didn't have my current number, but they did have my email and could've reached out at any point. Overall, there was nothing

Everyone was extremely helpful and guided me every step of the way during my disability claim. Mr. Levens and the entire team were so knowledgeable and successful in getting my claim approved. I had a car accident on 2/29/2020...fault could not be determined by cop...but other guy blew through the intersection tbone my car destroyed it...got it on video after I did my own research...delivered Bill's for medical to attorney..not once was he interested in learning about me or me legal background..insisted on arguing irrevalent points that were not case law to me...never submitted Bill's to other company..disappeared for 2 weeks when virus hit..acted like did not care at all...waste of my time and effort...dont waste your time with these idiots

Called a week ago about a medical case for my daughter and they called me immediately. They did not get all of the importsnt info because they never called my daughter. I called teice with info on the possible case. I never was called back. My daughter was never called. She found out today they arent taking her case because she refused to leave they guy Jose a message. Unprofessional to say the least.
