Hospitality Support Staff represent trained and oriented staff who can complete a number of functions geared towards the hospitality industry. This is most commonly referred to as but not limited to: concierge, bartenders, servers, barbacks, greeters, hostess/hosts, registration personnel, directional support, porters, elevator operators and hotel ambassadors!
A Brand Ambassador is a professional hired to represent your brand. They come in all shapes and sizes. The Kat Agency works with your brand to ensure you get the best representation possible. We do not operate with huge lists of talent and send whoever is available to represent you. We take time, evaluate your brand, analyze what will make the greatest contribution, and then work on placement.
On/Off premise promotions are a specialization of The Kat Agency. Let's break down exactly what these promotions entail. Off Premise Promotions are activations that occur in the account where the product is sold. This is most commonly a liquor store. For example, you are launching a new Tequila brand.
Promotional Models are Brand Ambassadors with an aesthetic requirement. Most commonly utilized for festivals, special and private events, street teams, or liquor promotions, these models are a combination of beauty and brains. The Kat Agency is a licensed Talent Agency. This means we can work with brands who are equal opportunity employers and not violate certain rules.

Working with the Kat Agency has by far been my best experience working with an agency! Kat herself, along with her staff, was on point with organization, communication and even parking and transportation. The combination of personable yet professional presence was much appreciated. The talent group for this event was also lots of fun to work with! We just wrapped the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, and that is a huge undertaking for anyone to organize, yet also successfully execute. Five stars!!!!!

This is the most professional agency I have ever worked with. Kat is beyond organized, friendly, and on-time with payment. The group of girls that work for this agency are unlike any I have ever worked with... Kat has an eye for hiring the most professional, friendly, and talented girls in the area.
