Rodent droppings in most rooms.
Carpet torn up by rodent
Two months
Now the rodent is in the walls. It wakes me up.
My apartment isn't the only one. Two months. Roaches. From dirty neighbors
Nothing done about rodent except sticky pad. Yeah. It ate 1/4 of it
Pest control for roaches. But nothing as far as professional rodent control
Moving out ASAP!

My 7 year old son and I are one of the younger residents here at The Plantation. The residents here a very nice, Pam and Jimmy particularly give my son ice cream every chance they can. The grounds are always clean and the pools are kept up through the seasons, it’s always quiet. I’m very proud with my choice to live here. It is the best community I’ve been apart of so far!

There are 2 good things about this apartment-- It's cheap and the maintenance are on top of fixing issues. Other than that I would NOT recommend these. The manager currently, Darlene, is a joke. She makes rules that are non existence and states these rules are in your lease when they aren't. She will NOT put in work orders and you have better luck talking to one of the maintenance men directly. If you have a compliant be aware she WILL take it personally and will call you up and cuss you out. In the past 4 years there has been over 7 managers. Tarantino Properties only care about money.
