Small community. Mostly friendly neighbors. Easy online payment option.. After living here a few months I started to have some issues with a downstairs neighbor. I finally asked mangement if they could find me a different apartment and within days I was offered another apartment in a different building in the complex! I was very pleased with how accomodating they were. They seem to really care about their tenants.

These apartments were previously Conroe Gardens. The rent was 650.00 per month. New owners came in and raised the rent almost 150.00 per month, forcing everyone that lived there out. Also these buildings had a SEVERE roach problem that was never resolved upon many requests. These apartments will be flipped again in a year for sale. RENTERS BEWARE!!!!
