Sure creepy unprofessional vibe from the receptionist to the tow driver-asked me if I owed money to someone whatever that means-didn’t drop off the car where we had agreed-was shady on the price the whole time and wouldn’t let me pay over the phone only to have me read out the card numbers in the street while the car was still hitched -150 for a three mile tow-disrespectful the whole time -how about a thanks for your business-I guess those days are fone-I can only imagine how they damaged the car-best to use another tow service I guess-it’s too bad-I had high hopes

Really unprofessional and weird-I wouldn’t drive with these people or trust them with your belongings -they made weird accusations and didn’t drop the car where we agreed or at the time we agreed -took over an hour for a tow they caused me of owing someone money? and over 100 bucks for less than 3 miles -very rude the whole time and didn’t even thank me for the business -seemed surprised when the credit card worked -wouldn’t let me pay ahead of time over the phone but made me read the numbers in the street while the car was hitched-super awk in traffic for no reason-tried to support a family

Cassidy was a pleasure to work with. He was one of the only services that answered my phone calls on Sunday and he was very transparent around price and was not pushy in anyway. He was also very kind and tried to diagnose the car before towing and found what the issue was, so we ended up not having to tow the car which I am thankful for. Cassidy Wrecker (Cassidy Towing) illegally towed our car from our residence at Hancock Village, and this isn't even the first time. We have been living here for 3 years, pay for our parking permit every month, having that parking permit in the rear window where they can see it, and still we got towed.
They tried to tow our car last October 23rd, 2019. Luckily I was able to stop them before they took it away and showed the sticker. When I called them this morning, the person on the other end kept insisting we did not have a parking permit sticker.
We have notified our property management company

Cassidy came to my building to tow my car as soon as I called him. Before towing the car, he asked me what was the problem. It seems that I have an issue on the parking safety system and he showed me how to start the car by placing it on Neutral instead of Parking position. No need to tow the car anymore. I saved a couple of hundreds dollars by having dealing with this honest guy. I felt lucky after contacting and checking out the reviews of the others tow trucks in the area. Strongly recommend
