The difference between Milhizer and Associates and many appraisal companies is that we have embraced the changes and are excited about technology advances that take place almost weekly.

Exactly what we were looking for! Ed listened to my need as a Realtor to have a timely appraisal done for a cash deal that was contingent on appraisal. It was important to have this done very timely as it was not being done in conjunction with a mortgage. Ed understood this and did what he said he would do and accomplished a very thorough and accurate appraisal in exactly the timing he indicated. Thank you!

Highly unprofessional and rude. Treated me like I was wasting his time when asking questions. First thing asked was if I had his check, then cashed it before even completing my appraisal. Original promise of appraisal completion date not honored, and when contacting his office, not return phone call for days after. Total rip, take your business elsewhere.
