Pat and her team did an excellent job at listing and selling our home. They were all very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly-from Pat herself, to the photographers, and Chris, her associate- we were happy with them all. Pat was very helpful in helping us to field multiple offers in the crazy market this summer (2021). We were unfamiliar with a "hot" market, and she helped us understand and navigate through the whole process. Would highly recommend her and her team!!

I got hooked up with Chris Lotz after applying to see a house on realtor. He worked with me for 6 months before finally finding the first house for me. There were many tours we went on, and he was always there. Whenever I reached out he was always helpful and fast to respond. Weekend and nights included. He even expanded outside their area of expertise in Livingston County to help me once I started looking all over. Great experience and look forward to working wit them again.

Pat and Chris are a phenomenal team. They are always there to answer any questions that you have. They are always on top of everything. Truly don’t believe we would have got our dream house without their help. They have established such a great rapport with other agents especially in the Livingston County area. I live on the west side of the U.S. and was looking to buy a lake house with some of my family members. The process seemed like it would be complicated, but it never felt that way. I was able to go to the showing via FaceTime and view and sign documents over the Internet. Chris Lotz, as well as his colleagues, were easy to work with and helped guide us through all of the important steps.
