Didn't even end up living here but visiting the apartment just to do paperwork there was no parking in front of the office and I had to park at the Albertsons down the street, after putting down my holding deposit I walked around the complex and saw a towing truck circle the apartment complex back and forth I asked a tenant if that's normal and they responded it happens about twice a week, after seeing how bad the parking situation was I declined to move in and was never given my holding deposit back 300$

Not enough parking for everyone, some tenants have multiple vehicles per person and use all the permit parking spaces. Management not consistent with enforcement of policies with all tenants. Landscaping waters lawns every 3 hours all day and night all year long...very bad grass full of large dog droppings that never get picked up. They do not schedule enough garbage pickups for the number of tenants...overflowing even in hot summer months. Maintenance staff takes all permit parking leaving tenants nowhere to park and constantly getting towed unless you are the management's buddy.

Bad very bad I never thought
that I would have a bad experience here, when the apartment was not super impeccable as it was supposed to be, I left it and if it was my fault for not notifying I said I can clean it, now that I left because they raised the rent for not renewing the contract they were charging me 100 extra in addition to the rent that went up, they took weeks fixing my neighbors' porch and all my things in the yard got dirty and they even broke a cart belonging to my daughter that I had in the yard and now that I I left to live there they are charging me up to the paint they used

Do NOT I repeat DO NOT rent here!!! The complex itself is really nice. Good neighbors clean complex but that is the least of your worries!! Management/Corporate is disgusting!! The tell you lies to get you to sign and then renig on statements that were made prior. Then when you go into the office it's , it's NOT our responsibility. Clearly when talking to office Management there's obvious lack of understanding. Also there is Absolutely NO parking and the complex will tow your car even though you have a sticker to park there. There's no other parking around. I really wish i would have paid the extra

Just signed the new lease for another year. Still very happy living here. Parking is still a huge problem but that is everywhere. Maintenance is the best. I cant believe there's still reviews from years ago and they do not describe these Apartments at all. So far, it's great, We are very happy especially right now with this heat wave. Having central AC is heaven.

This is one of the nicest places I have lived at. The 3-bedrooms are huge. I really like the new management. Like a lot of places I did not like the reviews but seems only people who are unhappy take time to review a place. The grounds and landscape are kept very nice. The one problem is lack of parking but management is working on it. I tell it as it is, good or bad, and I am very happy here. I have never seen so many laundry rooms in one complex. Great place to live.

My daughter moved in to this complex to enjoy her school year at Cal state San Marcos. Unfortunately, since she has moved in with two of her girlfriends, there has been nothing but problems. Maintenance issues never get resolved, they've already had 2 and there still not fixed. But, the biggest one is the PARKING. There is NONE, if she does not arrive home before 2/2:30pm there none. She won't even go get dinner because she is afraid of losing her spot. She has had to park at the Albertson's in risk of getting towed. Towing fees are over $250.00, if towed. In speaking to the manager, she apologizes

The ABSOLUTE WORST place to live ever. The management is a joke! They tow your car like It's FUN there is No visitor parking just about 10 spots even as a visitor in a spot CLEARLY MARKED visitor they will tow your car. U have to get a 24hour pass from the office IF THEY ARE EVER THERE. If your a resident u have 2 parking passes one for a spot out side if you don't have your pass in your window YOUR GETTING TOWED YES as a resident .YOU ALSO have to have a pass in your window for the car IN YOUR OWN GARAGE the garage tag is red if they see your red tag in your window in your parking spot outside
