Favorite place in Raleigh! Fairly priced and lots of pedicure options. I love how clean this place is and the upscale feel of it. Always love what I get and have never been unsatisfied with my nails! I've had different pedicures, mani (dip and gel) and brow and lip waxes here. All my experiences have been great!

Not impressed with my pedicure at all. The technician was extremely abrasive and cut deep into my skin that I still have swelling even days after & burns when I touch. The technician didn't even acknowledge her mistake and painted over my skin on several toes. My nails are not uniformly shaped and I reshaped them when I got home, which would’ve been fine if it didn’t cost $55 dollars for a gel pedicure. This industry has gotten completely out of hand with the pricing of their services - it’s 30 dollars flat for a pedicure plus an additional fee for a color. This is not made clear from the

I really enjoyed my first experience at Park West nail spa! It such a beautiful, clean nail spa with excellent staff. They have a wide variety of OPI colors. I got a manicure and pedicure and was very happy with both. They were so kind to me when I chipped a nail the following day - they quickly and generously repaired it on no time!

Amy did a great job. My nails were rough from another salon and she fixed them exactly how I wanted. Definitely will return. The place was so clean and sanitary between each customer.

Easily the best dip nails I’ve ever had done. Chuck (? I believe that is his name) did such a lovely job. He applied fewer layers at the base of the nail so that it is thinner and looks far more natural than any other set of dip nails I’ve ever had. Will absolutely be back.

I cannot stress this enough that this is the best nail salon i’ve been to in north carolina. They have some of the best prices and the most gorgeous nails i have ever gotten done in the state. Always so nice and caring. I go every month and refuse to go anywhere else but here.

Had a pleasant experience. Free wine while getting pampered made my experience 10x better. Everyone was nice and the place was clean. Definitely would recommend.

I'm very shocked to see some of the bad reviews of this place because this was such a great experience!
I had no wait time when I came in after 1 pm on a Sunday (usually very busy for nail salons) which was very nice.
I had my previous gel color removed, new gel color applied, a mini hand massage, and exfoliating scrub all for $35-plus they finished in thirty minutes.
I appreciated that there weren't any hidden fees and that they charged what was advertised.
They staff was very nice and treated everyone that walked in very politely. They also didn't hesitate to offer help or clarification

Aesthetically pleasing spa and great service. Have been here about three times now for acrylic nails and they always end up looking so beautiful. They really take their time and are always so kind. Will definitely continue to go back.

This has become my favorite nail spot in the area. Every time I come I have had an amazing experience. They are so thorough with every service I have gotten and the management and staff are all so accommodating and extremely professional. The place is super clean too and I love that they offer you complimentary snacks and drinks! They have SO many nail colors to choose from and I have always left super satisfied. Needless to say this has become my go-to nail spot in Cary/Morrisville. I highly recommend!

Tina did a great job. Absolutely loved her. I'm very picky and she worked with me to find the perfect colors, get the perfect nail shape, and even the perfect length. Prices are a little confusing- I never know what it'll end up paying until I get my bill. (Even with the gel acrylic and up-charge for chrome, it's still a little confusing. I got really ripped off by this place. I went in for a basic pedicure and ended up being talked into upgrading my pedicure to remove calluses/hot stone massage. I said ok, because I haven't had a pedicure in awhile and knew I had calluses that could be removed. The girl did nothing special. She scrubbed my foot with a pumice stone which is NORMAL in a regular pedicure. The "hot stone massage" was maybe a minute per leg. NOT worth the upgrade.

I also got a gel manicure, which I shouldn't even call it a manicure? She filed my nails and then put the gel polish on. What happened

Double check your credit card 3-4days after you pay for your nails. My card was charged more than what I had signed for on my original receipt. They claimed it was a typo. Went back for a fill in and instead of giving me my $10 credit they up charged me so I never received my credit. These ppl are dishonest and rude.

I had a great experience. Kelly was my nail technician; while she didn't speak much, her service was excellent! She took me promptly, without an appointment on a Friday morning. The prices seem to be average. I will definitely return.

I recently moved and ran into this salon by accident. It's a beautiful establishment and friendly employees. I went in for eyebrow waxing and mani with gel.

Hannah took me back to do my eyebrows. She did a great job, a little rough handed but it's a painful procedure anyways!

Then took me to do my mani. Every time I get them done, the technicians look at me funny. I always want my natural nail SHORT. I cannot have long nails. And the final piece, I always go light. I cannot have dark poliah and it doesn't look good on me anyways. She did exactly

I wish i didn't have to give a star at all. Pedicure was completed in under 25 minutes. Still had old polish on my toe nails in certain spot, but the tech just painted over it. Asked for coffin shaped nails and that is not what I got. I got some weird triangle shape. Then when I said something he told me
I was difficult and gave me $5 off. I do like the color though. Will never return abain
UPDATE: 2/1/18
So not even a week later my nails have ripped off..not break but RIPPED off! That is how thin the acrylic was. The nails could bend!! This is one of the worst experiences ever at a nail salon

These people are the absolute worst nail salon anybody could go to. Avoid it like the plague!! My wife takes great care of her feet and just needed a sugar scrub and some new paint on her toes. While scrubbing her feet, the guy was FAR too aggressive with the file rasp (which he should never have used on her feet) and cut her until she was bleeding-- on BOTH FEET! He apologized profusely, but never actually did the sugar scrub. Then when checking out, he tried to charged full price. She told him she won't pay full price for cutting her feet to which he continually said, "no discount,
